Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

You will receive a confirmation message via email or mobile with your order details.

Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days.

Custom or made-to-order items (Pre-order) may take longer, from 1 week up to 10 days.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within Saudi Arabia in 3 to 7 business days, depending on the city.

You can track your order using the tracking number that will be sent to you after shipping.

Order Modification or Cancellation

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us directly.

After 12 hours, orders cannot be modified due to the start of the preparation process.

Custom-Made Products

Products that are custom-designed or made to the customer’s specifications (such as sizing or personalization) cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.
